2026 Reverse Trade Show

SUPPLIERS...

The REVERSE TRADE SHOW resets the playing field for our Supplier Members. This unique experience takes you, the supplier, out from behind the table, placing you in front of those harder-to-reach multifamily decision-makers. This "speed networking format" offers exclusive space to share the services, solutions, and company nuances that aren't always possible in other networking situations. Leverage your 4 minutes to spotlight your brand, offer value-adding content, and share visual/tangible examples of how you elevate the multifamily space.

Each Supplier Company registration will receive 1 FREE DIGITAL AD (30 second spotlight real to run on the RRAA Facebook page)

Supplier Company Registration Fee: $150 (max of 2 team members representing the company....Lunch is provided)

MANAGEMENT COMPANIES...

Management companies are encouraged to bring 2 representatives. Please ONLY owners, regional managers or property managers can attend.  You are provided a table and table cloth. Please feel free to decorate your table and bring marketing materials to share with supplier attendees. We also ask you to please bring a DOOR PRIZE to be given away during the event to a supplier attendee.

Property Management Member Registration Fee: $25 per person (lunch is provided)

EVENT DETAILS...

11:00am - Owners/Management Companies set up their tables

11:45am - Lunch will be served

Noon - 

1:00pm - REVERSE TRADE SHOW THEME IS "GAME NIGHT" - Owner/Management Company will occupy their respective tables. Up to 3 representatives from a Supplier Company will visit each table in a 4 minute networking session. Suppliers will rotate after 4 minutes. 

2:15pm - Multi-Family Feud Begins.  All trade show participants will be added to the entry for random selection to compete in Multi-Family Feud. 5 spots available per team of Supplier Partners vs. Property Management Professionals. Chosen participants can "opt out" of playing by making a PAC donation.

NO WALK IN TICKETS AVAILABLE. MUST BE PRE-REGISTERED TO ATTEND THIS EVENT.
