2026 Beautification Awards Nominations

Beautification Awards Guidelines

All nominations are submitted by property age.

·1 – 5 Years 

·6 – 10 years 

·11 – 16 years 

·16+ years 

·Renovation Community 

·Student Living  

·Urban Living Community 

Anyone who entered for beautification will be entered into each category (Best Clubhouse, Best Fitness Center, Best Landscape, Best Community Feature, Best Model, Best Pool).

Keep in mind, if the property doesn’t have a model or pool, they will NOT be counted off or lose points, but the property will not be eligible to win the Best of the Best in that category.

Best Clubhouse- Judging criteria include the design, layout, and clubhouse area features. 

Best Fitness Center- Judging criteria include the design, layout, functionality, and features of the fitness center. 

Best Landscape/Community Feature- Judging criteria include the best use of flowers, trees, shrubs, and community features to make the curb appeal on your property stand out.

Best Model- Judging criteria include the design, layout, functionality, and features that best represent your community to prospects.

Best Pool- Judging criteria include the design, layout, and features of the pool area.

Important Dates 

• May 15th- Nomination Deadline
• May 28th - Nominees will be notified by email regarding the next steps and judging dates
• June 1st - June 30th In Person Beautification Judging
• July 23rd - Beautification Awards at Marriott Prattville Hotel & Conference Center

Eligibility 

• The nominee must be a RRAA member in good standing
• Winners from 2025 will not be eligible for the 2026 judging process. 
• If you did not win a particular category, you are still eligible to be nominated for that category.

Nomination Form Process 

• To nominate, complete the online application form.
• Nomination applications will be accepted until May 15th
• A co-worker, peer, or supervisor can submit nominations.

Nominee Entry Form Process 

• NO ENTRY FEE THIS YEAR
• RRAA may choose to combine similar awards or remove the award from the program.
• Any information included in the nomination may be used during the awards program. 

Judging  

• Nominations for all RRAA Beautification awards will take place in person.
• Judging will take place in person between JUNE 1 - 30
• The winners will be selected based on a point system.
